Locksley

Andrea Sanchez

It's really difficult, especially with this collection, to know where to begin when taking a look at each individual pattern. But it seems the hearts have spoken: Locksley by Emily Ringelman it is!

When Emily first submitted this pattern proposal I thought, Oh, this is cute. Then we discussed colors (she wanted to go with a more vintage color palette which I thought was a great idea). The sweater arrived at my door and again I though, Wow, this turned out really cute. Then... we finally tried it on and I actually laughed out loud at how darn cute this whole thing was! I may have said to D, "You look like you belong on the slopes!"

Locksley is one of those sweaters that just has some seriously killer details. Is it the modern colorwork pattern? You have got to love those arrows! Is it the v-neck with the shawl collar? Is it the simple shape? Yes! Yes! Yes!

Even better Locksley comes in 9 sizes from 6 months to size 12 so you can knit one for all the littles in your crew. I'm thinking D and Little #2 might need semi-matchy sweaters for next winter.

Find Emily on her blog, Cosmos and Cashmere or on her Ravelry designer page where she has a great collections of garments and accessories.
